A lot of companies have configured their networks for the 192.168.1.X address space. Most personal style routers for home also use this space by default. If you are connecting from home and not passing traffic, it is most likely that your home network is in the same subnet as your office network. To diagnose this you can go to a command prompt and type ipconfig and enter. Do this at work as well. If the networks match (first three octets) 192.168.1.X , then your home network conflicts and client VPN will not work. If you need assistance with Remove VPN support, please contact our helpdesk | ||
