Massachusetts Data Security Breach Law in Effect NOW!

The Massachusetts Data Security Breach Law went into effect  on March 31, 2010. Anyone storing personal information should have been  compliant by this date!

Understanding the law can and  implementing policies and procedures to become compliant can be difficult.
